With the press of a button, the Personal Emergency Response System uses a landline or cellular phone connection to notify the 24/7 Response Center should you need assistance. Get help by pressing the pendant (available to wear on the wrist or as a necklace), or press the "Help" button on the base unit.

Once notified, the 24/7 Response Center will contact individuals on your customized list of responders (caregivers, family, or staff). Fall-detecting pendants are also available. When a fall-like motion is detected, the PERS unit automatically connects to the 24/7 Response Center without pressing the pendant.
